Booking Terms

These terms apply to every appointment booked with Lady D Beauty Lounge, whether via WhatsApp, phone, or our website. Confirmation: a booking is confirmed only once a Lady D team member confirms it with you directly (typically on WhatsApp). Rescheduling: we're happy to reschedule your appointment with reasonable notice. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change. Late arrival: arriving significantly late may mean we're unable to complete the full treatment in the remaining time, or may require rescheduling, to avoid delaying other clients. No-show: repeated no-shows without notice may affect our ability to offer future priority booking. Pricing: prices are shared at the time of enquiry/booking and may be updated from time to time; the price confirmed with you at booking is the price that applies to your appointment. Right to refuse service: Lady D may decline or reschedule a service where it is not appropriate to proceed (for example, for safety, hygiene, or health reasons), and will always explain why. Payment: accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of booking or on arrival.
